Return Policy

RETURNS

We strive for great customer service. If you have comments, concerns, or complaints, please be sure to let us know. Give us an opportunity to make you a satisfied customer and we will try hard to do so. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days (or by January 31 for holiday orders) except with the following restriction: Electronics, such as radio systems and parts, chargers, batteries, and ESC's, will not be accepted for return unless the item has an unbroken seal. Defective electronics are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and you should contact them directly for assistance.

 

Prior to returning any item, please contact Caiman Distribution via phone or email for an RMA #. The RMA # must be clearly indicated on the shipping box. Items returned without an RMA # may be refused and/or may result in delays in the returns process. Whether contacting us by email or phone, please provide the following info about your intended return: your Order ID, the item(s) and quantities you would like to return, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s).

Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resell able condition. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. If a package has been damaged in shipping or if you have received defective merchandise, please contact us for further instructions.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - If any items listed above are out of stock (quantity equals zero or less than ordered), they will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charge. Pre-order items will ship when they are released.
